 Shifts your avatar 5m away from it's true location
  Shift move your avatar 5m below it's true location.  When standing on the ground this makes an excellent cloak.  When flying in the air it means people will be shooting their bullets at the wrong location.

When used with the [PNPV] it will cause any HUD style weapons used against you to attack 5m above your head.
