Reflect

 Reflect weapons back at their owners or other people
  Reflect must be used with the [PNPV].

Reflect enables you to reflect (redirect) other peoples weapons back onto them, or onto a 3rd person.

This means anything they do to you will happen to them, or to the 3rd person you have chosen to redirect their weapon to. The 3rd person may even file an Abuse Report against the person attacking you. ops!
