Red+ / Red-

 Increase / Decrease the amount of RED in the HUD.
  Alters the colour balance for the HUD, shields, particles, etc, by adding or removing amounts of red, green, or blue.

Many of the Quantum Core's functions will tint their colour to match your choses HUD colour.
