  The RCore is a remote controlled Quantum Core that allows you to launch attacks while you are not over build land..

The RCore can launch weapons for you while you fly in the sky at 5000m up (above build height), or while you stand on a safe parcel while the RCore launches weapons at victims on other parcels in the same region.

This is V4 equivalent to dropping a QC on the ground, as was done with the old V3.
