  LOB is an anonymous and passive orbitor that will sent your victim into orbit and lock them there the instant it is activated. 

LOB keeps your victim tumbling over and over in orbit indefinitely.

Passive weapons activate after the victim interacts with them in some away, and are difficult to detect.
