 Toggles on and off Gun Mode
  Gun Mode allows you to go into mouse look and shoot energy balls at people without needing to wear a GUN.

The energy ball will kill or push the person it hits.  Quantum energy balls are also able to pass through most shields to kill phased avatars.

The energy balls have the same properties as the [Punish] auto retaliation function.
